The Golden State Warriors' Draymond Green hasn't shied away from speaking his mind during his time in the NBA, and now Nuggets star Jamal Murray has caught his attention.

Murray incurred the wrath of fans after ‘dangerously' tossing a heat pack onto the court following the Nuggets' Game Two loss. Green had a harsh take on Timberwolves center Rudy Gay missing the team's second game.

On Tuesday, Green took to ‘The Draymond Green Show' on YouTube to share his ‘first thought' on the Nuggets' suspension talk.

Green Calls Murray Heat Pack Throw ‘Dangerous'

Green did not hold back as he shared his honest thoughts on the situation. He said that's noticed a lot of people online calling for a Murray suspension and says his initial thought was that he didn't think Murray would be suspended. From there, Green began to think more deeply about the situation.

“I was just online and I see people are like, ‘Oh Jamal Murray's probably going to get suspended for throwing the heat pack,” Green said about the Nuggets star.

“I mean I didn't think he'd get suspended, although that was very dangerous. Somebody steps on that, A, it leaves a wet spot. B, it can really jack somebody up. But I didn't see that and be like, my first thought wasn't, ‘Ah, he'll get suspended.'”

Tuesday's rumor mill brought information that the latest tea leaves suggest Murray will likely be fined, but not suspended.  Green called it ‘crazy' that online readers call for suspensions quickly. The Nuggets' point guard hit two game winning shots against the Lakers in round one, and Murray's team needs his heroics now more than ever.

“It's crazy how people just automatically start calling for suspensions these days,” Green said. “I just don't really understand that. But in saying that, man, Denver's down bad right now.”

Game Three a Chance for Nuggets Redemption

The Nuggets find themselves in dire straits heading into Game Three in Minnesota trailing by two games. Murray was stifled, harassed and bothered into an eight-point showing in Game Two.

The Nuggets and Coach Mike Malone need a stronger showing for Friday's Game Three at the Target Center, especially with Anthony Edwards drawing Michael Jordan comparisons lately. Anthony Edwards scored 27 points in the teams' most recent game, tying Karl-Anthony Towns for the team lead for Coach Chris Finch's Timberwolves.

On Monday, NBA on TNT analyst Charles Barkley predicted a Timberwolves sweep. With Murray likely to dodge a suspension, the defending champion Nuggets still have life for the time being, and a chance to win their first game of the series this weekend.
