Andrew Bogut is an attractive contract and teams are looking to trade for him if he becomes available. The Dallas Mavericks are having a lackluster season and it will soon be lost without a major turnaround.

Management has already stated they are looking to trade Bogut, but that may change if playoff contention evades them. The Boston Celtics are rumored to potentially becoming a trade partner if the opportunity arises.

They aren't the only ones either as a new name has surfaced.

According to ESPN’s Tim McMahon, the Portland Trailblazers are in need of a rim protector and Bogut can fill the need quite nicely.

Currently, the Blazers are dead last in the league's defensive ranking at #30. If the Mavericks aren’t able to salvage the season before the trade deadline, Bogut is likely to be offered to the highest bidder. The Blazers have enough young pieces, and possibly a draft pick available to pry Bogut from Mavericks.
