Team USA captures a lot of attention being a collection of NBA All-Stars on one team. They are asked for autographs constantly from fans, and other Olympians too.

Australian center Andrew Bogut is very outspoken, and is not one to fraternize with other teams.

Bogut made enough observations, and had something to say about opponents who look at Team USA players as celebrities, instead of the team they need to take down.

He spoke with reporters about how teams are losing before the game starts.

Teams who ask the Americans to autograph their shoes are beaten before the game begins. But that's not us and we think we can win

This comes just days after teammate Patty Mills spoke to reporters with claims that the Australian National Team can beat Team USA, supplying all of the bulletin board material needed to make the match interesting.

Bogut won't be star struck, and believes that his team has enough NBA players and enough firepower to take down Team USA.

(Facing the Americans is) the ultimate test. It’s the best team in the world, the best players in the world, so I think if we go out there with the right mind-set and compete with them, win or lose we’ll be happy with that, were the first team to go 2-0 after defeating Serbia earlier Monday.

Both teams will be coming into the match undefeated, and this is the very first time they have ever been grouped together to square off in international competition.

Australia faces off against the United States on Wednesday at 6 p.m. EST
