Professional basketball teams, especially from the NBA, are regarded as the best coached and most organized in the world. However, there are still some sequences during games that leaves fans wondering what exactly is going on.

That was the case on Wednesday when the visiting Toronto Raptors faced the Chicago Bulls. With 2:21 left, it started a chaotic string of events as both teams did not run plays and failed to score on both ends.

The scrappy play favored the Raptors as they were playing catch up almost the entire game and converted on some plays after forcing turnovers from their opponents.

The Raptors completed a 13-0 run in the fourth quarter to erase the Bulls lead and even had the chance to win it in regulation. DeMar DeRozan failed to knock down a three-pointer at the buzzer and the game went to overtime. The home team ultimately showed enough composure in the extra period and came out with the victory, 122-120.

The Bulls will return to action on Wednesday and are looking to bounce back from the loss immediately, when they go up against the team they're competing against for one of the last playoff seeds in the Eastern Conference, the Detroit Pistons. Toronto on the other hand will have a day off before it hosts the Miami Heat on Thursday.
