The Chicago Bulls have traded Jose Calderon to the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday, sources told The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The trade comes less than two weeks after Calderon was traded from New York in the Derrick Rose deal. The 76ers and the Nets had also show interest in Calderon, but deals with either never materialized for Chicago.

Calderon is being moved by Chicago in order to clear cap space for newly acquired superstar Dwyane Wade. Wade's reported agreement came just days after the Bulls agreed to a two-year, $28 million deal with point guard Rajon Rondo, according to Marc J. Spears of The Undefeated. The 34 year old point guard Calderon in scheduled to make $7.7 million next season for Los Angeles.
