Carmelo Anthony‘s duds were all over social media following the New York Knicks‘ 87-81 win over the Indiana Pacers, and it didn’t take long to find out where they came from. The combo was custom-made, and TMZ Sports spoke with Nadeem Waheed, owner of Daniel’s Leather in New York, who said the Knicks superstar dropped $5,000 on an American sheepskin shearling with cross fox fur, adding the $500 hat to boot.
He was also wearing a Paul Smith dinosaur graphic birds-eye knit wool sweater, which rings in at $775, according to UpScale Hype, along with Rag & Bone jeans, and Asolo boots to complete the look.
The fashion-loving star has been a regular at this store and seems to be a fan of his product, so fur sure it won’t be the last time we see him in one of these warm contraptions.
Wonder no more why that no-trade clause is in place — cold winters and plenty of excuses to wear and outfit like that after a rare win for his Knicks.
