Being one of the more popular players in the NBA today, Klay Thompson is used to being asked for his autograph often. Not only does it give his fans something to remember him with, but it also increases the value of an item if it has his signature on it.
However, the Golden State Warriors guard was surprised when he was handed a toaster by one of his fans. His face showed confusion as well during a meet-and-greet session as it was the first time to be asked to sign one.

Needless to say, it was a bizarre experience for him and something he won’t easily forget. Thompson still made the owner’s day as he did not let him down by signing it like it was just an ordinary piece of memorabilia. It’s also worth noting that Draymond Green and David Lee have both autographed it before him.
As his popularity grows even more in the coming seasons, he should expect more uncommon items for him to put a signature on. Looking at it on the brighter side, it goes to show how much his fans value him and give importance to his autograph.
