Before the start of his third season in the NBA, Ray Allen found out that his Milwaukee Bucks would have a coaching change. They would bring in veteran head coach, George Karl.
Recently Karl has admitted that things turned sour after a few seasons for himself and Ray Allen, as their relationship started to break down.
Despite their falling out two decades ago, Karl still spoke highly of his former player. He acknowledged his evolution from a great player to a star following the trade to the Seattle Supersonics.
Karl’s statement is certainly surprising, with the tirades he made in his upcoming book, “Furious George”, blasting some of his former players.
With his essay officially released on Tuesday, stay tuned for more media comments.
