Devin Booker made history Friday night. In a loss, however.

Booker scored 70 points but the Celtics still got the best of the Suns, 130-120.

Boston was led by Isaiah Thomas, who scored 34 points to go along with seven assists. He then provided this gem of a quote after the game:

Not impressed at all.

Of course Thomas had a short stint with the Suns and things didn't work out very well at all while he was there, so perhaps he still holds some resentment for the franchise. He can also say whatever he wants since his Celtics got the win despite Booker's 70.

Even if it was in a loss, Booker becoming the sixth player in NBA history to drop 70 is certainly something that can be appreciated. Just not by an opponent like Thomas.
