With Amir Johnson likely to miss Game 4 of their Eastern Conference Finals series against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics head coach Brad Stevens has announced that Kelly Olynyk will take his place and will be inserted in the starting lineup.

Johnson is still suffering from the effects of a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder and is unclear when he'll be able to suit up once again for the C's. The good news for the team is Olynyk has been playing well recently, especially in their improbable Game 3 victory last Sunday, where he scored 15 points and grabbed three rebounds in 23 minutes off the bench.

Already playing without their best player, Isaiah Thomas, the Celtics showed a lot of pride and grit when they came back from a 21-point deficit in the second half to stun the defending champions and break their 10-game winning streak in this year's postseason.

Once again, Olynyk is expected to step up and provide timely baskets for his team in Game 4, while trying to limit Kevin Love‘s production. Should he play like how he did in their last game, it will be a huge boost to the Celtics, and could give them more confidence to believe that they can eliminate the Cavs and advance to the NBA Finals.
