Five preseason games in the bag with a 4-1 record thus far has had players and coaching staff in good spirits, so the Golden State Warriors held their annual open practice on Wednesday.
After the practice was over, the rookies participated in a talent show, where they sang some karaoke and let the crowd get to know them.
After some signing and dancing, the Warriors were treated to Guide Dogs for the Blind's newest pup in training, an eight-week-old yellow Labrador Retriever named Klay, after the Warriors shooting guard.
“I love dogs and it is amazing to see how through the Guide Dogs for the Blind program they can really help change and save lives,” Klay Thompson, who owns an English Bulldog name Rocco, told Warriors.com. “Rocco is one of my best friends… and I’m honored [they] chose to name their latest puppy after me.”
