Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry is questionable to face the Chicago Bulls on Sunday.

Lowry had a procedure to repair a tendon injury in his left thumb in July and has yet to take the floor with his Raptors teammates at training camp and hasn't played in the preseason.

Last season for the Raptors, Kyle Lowry averaged 14.2 points, 4.8 rebounds and 8.7 assists while shooting 41.1 percent from the field, 34.7 percent from beyond the arc and 83.0 percent from the free-throw line.

In the 2019 playoffs, Lowry put up 15.0 points, 4.9 rebounds and 6.6 assists. The Raptors defeated the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals in six games. Lowry initially injured his thumb in Game 7 of Toronto’s second round series against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Lowry had one year left on his deal with the Raptors, who gave the All-Star guard a one-year, $31 million extension. Lowry signed a three-year, $100 million contract with the Raptors in the summer of 2017. The All-Star will make $33.3 million this season.

The Raptors should be a competitive team this season with Lowry, Pascal Siakam, Marc Gasol, Serge Ibaka, Fred VanVleet and OG Anunoby leading the charge. All the guys on the roster are eager to show the basketball world that the team wasn’t just centered around Kawhi Leonard and his greatness.
