In the midst of an expiring shot clock, Shaun Livingston looked only to bail a ground-bound Stephen Curry out of trouble, and looked to throw quick lob to a well-positioned JaVale McGee. The attempt backfired, with Livingston firing too quick a lob and banked the shot in from long range, getting three points for his trouble.

Livingston, a self-made master of the mid-range game hasn't been a three-point shooter throughout his whole career, with this being the 13th three-point field goal made in his career and the first one of this season through 73 games played.

The Warriors didn't see very many misses in the period, shooting over 60 percent from the field in the first quarter.

When the bank is still open, just cash in.
