When people think of Golden State Warriors‘ center JaVale McGee, his on-court antics and questionable plays come to mind right away. However, the team's head coach, Steve Kerr, thinks of him highly and even gave him a huge compliment.

The 51-year-old bench tactician admitted that he is considering giving McGee more playing time after his strong play lately and also talked about his speed.

McGee joined the Dubs in the offseason and had to compete for a roster spot on the team. He received a lot of praise for the amount of work he has put in last summer and is continuing to prove that he deserves to be in the lineup.

The 7-foot big man is only averaging 4.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 0.7 blocks in only 7.4 minutes per game this season but has provided defensive intensity off the bench.

It will be interesting to see how much more he can contribute to the Warriors as his playing time increases and try to put his infamous court moments all in the past.
