Well the decision is in! Kevin Durant is now officially a “former” member of the Thunder, as he agrees to a deal with the Golden State Warriors. This has been a guessing game to say the least, as teams have courted Durant all summer. This decision, without a doubt, is league-changing and legacy-impacting.
There have been instant responses, ranging from utter shock to flat out joy from Warriors fans. As can be concluded from most reactions, this is not a popular move for Durant. Either way, it has certainly shaken up the league.
