On Monday, Oklahoma City Thunder big man Steven Adams found out the hard way that his 51-year-old assistant coach can still play.

Mark Bryant, who played in the league for 15 seasons, scored on the 7-foot Kiwi while playing one-on-one after the team's practice. He then had a good time celebrating his made layup together with Russell Westbrook.

When asked by reporters about it, Adams had this to say:

“He's so top heavy. He's got no legs and that makes him really annoying to go up against, he's so strong up top. But I don't want to talk about it.”

The Thunder and their fans hope that Adams makes it more difficult for opposing big men to score against him once the regular season starts in two weeks as he's expected to be the team's defensive anchor inside the paint.
