The Los Angeles Lakers are finally starting over after the retirement of  Kobe Bryant last season, but they're off to a head start.

The team us full of young players that have a new coach, so expectations are not as high as they normally would be.

This young team is looking to exceed whatever expectations that await them next season, and it's not just all talk.

Players such as Julius Randle, D’Angelo Russell, Larry Nance Jr, Jordan Clarkson, and more have been participating in early voluntary workouts that they call the Breakfast Club.

Coach Luke Walton is more concerned about building a solid foundation and positive culture with the team, but building a solid work ethic together doesn't hurt his cause one bit.

The Lakers aren't projected to win many games next season after finishing last season at 17-65, but this team is looking to prove all doubters wrong, and they are already working hard at it.

Take a look at a short clip of the Breakfast Club's workout routine.
