Former Michigan State commit and four-star senior point guard Jalen Terry has scheduled his first official visit, as he will be heading to LSU this upcoming weekend, according to Jake Weingarten of Stockrisers.

The 5-foot-10, 155-pound guard out of Beecher High School in Mount Morris, Michigan de-committed from the Spartans earlier this month.

Terry has offers from a myriad of other schools including Iowa State, Butler, DePaul, Iowa and Mississippi State among others. He has taken one official visit to Iowa State already as well as unofficial visits to Butler and Louisville.

The class of 2020 stud is rated as the No. 55 player overall in the country, according to 247Sports. They also have him rated as the No. 7 point guard in the class and No. 2 player out of Michigan.

LSU secured a top 35 recruiting class for this season, with Will Wade and company already landing 3-star point guard Jalen Cook in the 2020 class.

Wade's team captured the SEC regular season title last season and will try to repeat in what has become one of the most competitive conferences in college basketball.

The Tigers enter the season ranked No. 22 in the country and they'll tip off the new campaign on Nov. 5 against Bowling Green.
