We are now right in the heart of fantasy football, with Week 4 of the NFL all set to roll out a bunch of games this Sunday. Here is the Week 4 fantasy football injury update for this weekend. Who's in and who's out?

QBs

Ravens' Lamar Jackson (Questionable): Lamar should be good to go against the Denver Broncos. He returned to practice on Friday after dealing with a back injury. His status is still questionable for Sunday, so his fantasy football owners need to keep a close eye on him.

Colts' Carson Wentz (Questionable): Wentz is a one-of-a-kind quarterback. He is currently dealing with ankle injuries to both of his ankles. It's not obvious how he is able to do it, but Wentz is still able to play. His status for Sunday against the Miami Dolphins is questionable but should start barring any changes.

Possible replacements: Ravens’ Tyler Huntley (vs. Broncos), Colts’ Jacob Eason (vs. Dolphins).

RBs

Vikings' Dalvin Cook (Questionable): Cook missed Week 3 with an ankle injury, but should be set to return against the Cleveland Browns. Cook is one of the top running backs in the game when healthy. He should continue to produce stellar fantasy football production.

Broncos' Melvin Gordon (Questionable): Gordon was limited all week in practice with a rib/lower leg injury. He is currently listed as questionable against the Ravens.

Washington Football Team's Antonio Gibson (Questionable): Gibson missed practice on Thursday with a shin injury. He was a limited participant on Friday which means he should be good to go for Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.

Raiders' Josh Jacobs (Questionable): Jacobs was missed by his fantasy football owners in Weeks 3 and 4,  as he sat out last weekend against the Dolphins with an ankle injury, as well as the game against the Steelers. The Raiders limited him all week during practice, and his status is still unknown for Monday night against the Los Angeles Chargers.

49ers' Elijah Mitchell (Questionable): Mitchell missed last week's game with a shoulder injury. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said his status will come down to pain tolerance, per Nick Wagoner of ESPN. His status is questionable against the Seattle Seahawks.

Lions' D'Andre Swift (Questionable): Swift is dealing with a groin injury, but it's not serious enough to keep him out against the Bears. If available, he'll continue to get his share of reps.

Rams' Darrell Henderson (Active): After missing last week, Henderson will make his return in a battle for the NFC West.

Possible fantasy football replacements: Vikings' Alexander Mattison (vs. Browns), Broncos’ Javonte Williams (vs. Ravens), WFT's J.D. McKissic (vs. Falcons), Raiders' Payton Barber & Kenyon Drake (vs. Chargers), 49ers' Trey Sermon (vs. Seahawks), Lions' Jamaal Williams (vs. Bears), Rams' Sony Mitchel (vs. Cardinals).

WRs

Titans' Julio Jones (Out): It's not looking good on offense for Tennesee this week. The Titans ruled Jones out for this weekend against the winless Jets. Jones isn't playing to the level everyone thought he would when he was traded from the Falcons this offseason. It will take some time to adjust, but for now, Jones needs to focus on getting back healthy before anything else.

Titans' AJ Brown (Out): Brown and Jones both missed the entire week of practice with hamstring injuries. Tennesee will be forced to focus on the run game against the Jets. The Titans are playing the Jets, so if there was a game to miss, it would surely be this one.

Giants' Sterling Shepard (Out): Shepard has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints. His hamstring injury forced him to leave last game and will keep him out another week.

Steelers' Chase Claypool (Questionable): Claypool missed practice on Friday and his status remains questionable for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers.

Washington Football Team's Curtis Samuel (Active): After starting the season on the IR, Samuel is set to return against the Falcons. His groin injury has healed up and is good to go. He will be a huge weapon for quarterback Taylor Heinicke.

Possible fantasy football replacements: Titans’ Chester Rodgers & Josh Reynolds (vs. Jets), Giants’ Kadarious Toney (vs. Saints), Steelers' Diontae Johnson & JuJu Smith-Shuster & James Washington (vs. Packers).

TEs

Buccaneers' Rob Gronkowski (Doubtful): The Buccaneers won't take any chances with Gronkowski. His status is doubtful against his former team, the New England Patriots with a rib injury. This is a matchup every NFL fan is looking forward to. Brady will still get his opportunity to play against the Pats, but he'll likely be without his go-to target Sunday night. Gronk's fantasy football owners should have a contingency plan.

49ers' George Kittle (Questionable): Kittle is dealing with a calf injury, but it isn't expected to be serious. He is currently listed as questionable against the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks struggle to contain TE's, so Kittle could be in line for another strong game if all goes right.

Possible replacements: Buccaneers’ Cameron Brate & OJ Howard (vs. Patriots), 49ers’ Ross Dwelley (vs. Seahawks)
