It can be argued that finding additional help at the wide receiver position is the easiest as a fantasy football manager as the volume at wide out position just can't be matched. However, that doesn't necessarily mean that there is always quality out there, especially with injuries and bye weeks quickly creeping up. Nonetheless, we're no onto Fantasy Football Week 7, with the focus of this piece being fantasy receivers.

With the wide receiver landscape changing quite rapidly as well, it is integral — especially in half and full PPR leagues — that fantasy football managers are able to stack two or three wide outs that can produce on a weekly basis. When it comes to trying to guess every single week, it becomes harder and harder to do while there will no doubt be some points left on your bench.

For that reason, this week's motto is to stick to the basics, play those who are nearly guaranteed to produce and don't take too many unnecessary risks.

Fantasy Football Week 7 Start ‘Em

Cooper Kupp, Los Angeles Rams

The Detroit Lions have yet to win a game this season and that almost certainly won't change in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams. With both quarterbacks gearing up for a revenge game, there is one quarterback in this scenario that is going to come out on top and swinging and that is Rams newcomer and longtime Lions signal caller Matthew Stafford.

Part of the reason that Stafford's revenge game is going to go so well is because of the consistent presence of wide receiver Cooper Kupp, who has been a stud all season long. The tandem of Stafford and Kupp has been arguably the best in the league this season and an easy matchup in Week 7 is only going to strengthen this bond.

Davante Adams, Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers are rolling right now, and one week after taunting the entire Chicago Bears' fan base, quarterback Aaron Rodgers won't be backing down against the Washington Football Team. With weapons like wide receiver Davante Adams, running back Aaron Jones and tight end Robert Tonyan at his disposal, Rodgers will have yet another stellar week for the Packers.

While Washington possesses players that can handle slowing down Jones or Tonyan, no team in the league has the ability to truly slow down Adams, making him a key piece of the puzzle for Green Bay in Week 7.

DeAndre Hopkins, Arizona Cardinals

In yet another revenge game in Week 7, Arizona Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins will be taking on his former team in the Houston Texans, where the superstar pass catcher spent the entirety of his NFL playing career prior to making the move to the desert via a trade a few seasons back.

With the Texans notably blowing up nearly their entire team by trading away Hopkins to Arizona, the Cardinals newcomer certainly hasn't forgotten about his time in Houston and has probably been waiting to stick it to his former franchises for quite some time now. With no team in the league really being able to stop Hopkins, the Texans have even less of a shot as Houston is just plain terrible this season.

Fantasy Football Week 7 Sit ‘Em

Calvin Ridley, Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley has been away from the team for the last few weeks while he will now be making his return in Week 7 against the Miami Dolphins. Despite coming off a bye week and taking on a potentially inferior opponent in the lowly Dolphins, Ridley still isn't a confident play in Week 7.

The Falcons are not a good football team and definitely don't need players to be away from the team in order to try to mesh together. Ridley just can't be trusted and it isn't worth the risk unless there are no other available options.

Corey Davis, New York Jets

Outside of a tremendous performance against his former team in the Tennessee Titans back in Week 5, New York Jets wide receiver Corey Davis has been severely disappointing for the majority of his first season with “Gang Green.” With the arch rival New England Patriots up next for the lowly Jets, there is just no way that legendary NFL head coach Bill Belichick isn't ready for quite literally everything that New York can possibly throw his team's way on offense.

With Jets rookie quarterback Zach Wilson still trying to find his footing as a NFL quarterback and struggling mightily for the most part, Davis simply won't be able to have a breakout performance against New England.

Odell Beckham, Jr., Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns have quickly become one of the more disappointing teams in the entire NFL this season. While that is due in part to some poor play, the majority of the blame can be placed on a slew of injuries that have ravaged the Browns thus far into 2021-22.

With former Pro Bowl wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr. only recently returning to the fold after suffering a significant injury that ended his season in 2020-21, the former New York Giants standout once again got banged up this past week against the Arizona Cardinals. Although Beckham, Jr. should be good to go against the Denver Broncos, a short week with a matchup on Thursday evening is not what you're looking for in a top fantasy pass catcher. Adding to such a notion, Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield is currently dealing with a nagging shoulder injury that could significantly impact his performance going forward.
