These Ben Simmons shenanigans have been flooding and trending on all sports outlets for months already. There are many feasible trade suggestions that have been suggested, but it is not necessarily ideal for both franchises involved in the deal. Additionally, Philadelphia 76ers President Daryl Morey is known for his negotiation tactics and how he is brilliant in still receiving the better side in any deal.

One organization that must be relentless in its pursuit of Ben Simmons is the Indiana Pacers. They have been a consistent team in the playoff picture over the last decade, but they have only reached the Conference Finals twice in the last 15 years. The Pacers seem to have incredible pieces, but they lack one or two stars that would propel their franchise to more deep playoff runs. When Ben Simmons starts to suit up again, he is definitely an All-Star caliber player that could aid the lineup of Indiana.

Myles Turner, Caris LeVert

The tandem of Myles Turner and Caris LeVert gives the 76ers a fair return for their star point guard that they would not surrender for an adequate package. These players are two spectacular role players, especially Turner who is currently having a phenomenal season.

He may not fit with the frontcourt of Andre Drummond and Joel Embiid, but it would be easier for Morey to search for a deal for Turner rather than finding a Ben Simmons deal that satisfies Morey in the near future. Before Embiid was infected with COVID-19, the 76ers were one of the top teams in their conference, and adding Turner and LeVert may give them a chance to regain and stay at that position for the foreseeable time.

LeVert is another shot creator for Philadelphia that would benefit Tyrese Maxey, Tobias Harris, Seth Curry and Embiid. Additionally, Turner's salary at $18 million will not be difficult to trade, especially with his contributions on both ends of the floor.

Myles Turner, T.J. Warren, Chris Duarte

With Turner as the centerpiece of the deal, it might be difficult to convince Morey to pull the trigger on a Ben Simmons deal rather than waiting for several months and waiting for a disgruntled superstar to demand a trade. Thus, the Pacers could add rookie Chris Duarte to the trade for the Sixers to be enticed to add another young piece to their fold.

If the Sixers could negotiate and ask for LeVert instead of T.J. Warren, that would be vastly better for the composition of their team because of LeVert's ability to create for himself and others. LeVert has also been injury-prone, but he is currently injury-free compared to Warren who has a lingering foot issue for many months already.

Three useful pieces that will be utilized by Doc Rivers is already a return that must satisfy their organization.

Domantas Sabonis, T.J. Warren

With Domantas Sabonis being a two-time All-Star — and the best player of Indiana — he seems to be a player  Morey would want to add to his formidable squad. Pacers President Kevin Pritchard will likely not be willing to part with his star big man, but this deal would be an amazing return from the 76ers side.

Sabonis has the ability to co-exist with Embiid because of his facilitating skills and his effectiveness in converting consistent mid-range shots. The selfless attitude of Sabonis is perfect for the system of Rivers because he is not worried about his own stats or production. Moreover, Warren has also proven his legitimate scoring prowess when he is healthy. There is no rush for him to return because they have players on their roster that have a similar role.

As Indiana is a small market teams that fails to attract superstar free agents to their city, they must give their utmost effort in trying to acquire Ben Simmons. Even in the draft, they have failed to select a franchise-altering star over the last few years. Thus, banking their chances on trading for a player of Simmons' caliber could be an intelligent alternative plan for their franchise.
