When NFL free agency opens next month, the wide receiver market will have several big names on it. One of the most accomplished names available is Green Bay Packers receiver Randall Cobb.

Cobb is set to be an unrestricted free agent and isn't likely to be back in Green Bay next year. The veteran wideout has been hampered by injuries and hasn't been himself the past couple of seasons, but he's still capable of being a very productive receiver when he's healthy.

Here are his three best possible destinations:

1. Buffalo Bills

The Bills are desperate for receiving help. They have a young quarterback in Josh Allen who has shown some promise but has startlingly few weapons to work with.

Zay Jones was the Bills' best receiver last year, which is unacceptable if they want Allen to grow into a top passer. They can't afford to go too young, and they could really use an experienced veteran receiver for Allen to lean on. Cobb fits that bill perfectly and could be a nice safety blanket over the middle for Allen as he continues to develop. He's not that far removed from a 12 touchdown season.

2. Carolina Panthers

The Panthers' receiving corps is filled with young guys who have a ton of upside, like D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel, but they are desperately lacking a consistent veteran.

Devin Funchess has mostly been a disappointment and will be a free agent himself this NFL offseason. If the Panthers let Funchess walk, they should definitely pursue Cobb. He could be a nice veteran mentor to Carolina's young receivers and also provide an immediate upgrade on the field.

Cam Newton should be coming back fully healthy next year, and the Panthers need to have upgraded his weapons by the time he gets back.

3. Indianapolis Colts

The Colts have been publicly stating their desire all offseason to upgrade at receiver. They have an elite number one receiver in T.Y. Hilton, but then a bunch of nobodies behind him.

If they want to compete with the top offenses in the AFC, they need to have better secondary options than Ryan Grant and Chester Rogers. Cobb fits the bill of what they're looking for and is a clear upgrade on those two.

It feels like Cobb has been in the league forever, but he's still only 28. Andrew Luck would surely get the best out of him, and he could be a nice part of what Frank Reich is building in Indianapolis.
