Baltimore lost quite a bit of depth on the defensive side of the ball, so we could see the front office replenish that through the draft. The secondary is rather solid, but it wouldn't be shocking to see the Ravens prioritize the cornerback room in April.

The biggest concern for the Ravens right now is the defensive line. Luckily for them, this year's draft class is loaded with talent in the trenches. Based on the free-agent acquisitions, it feels like this is the route Baltimore goes in the NFL Draft. If they can land a stud 14th overall, then this team should be viewed as a serious contender.

With that said, here are the three best fits for the Ravens' 14th overall selection in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Ravens 2022 NFL Draft

3. Trent McDuffie

Trent McDuffie is one of the most talented cornerbacks available in the NFL Draft this offseason. He's been a consistent defender during his time playing for the Washington Huskies and has the mechanics to be a solid starter in the league.

McDuffie would be an excellent addition to the Ravens' defense, even though the secondary is good as it is with Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters. However, Trent McDuffie gives Baltimore an elite-level secondary that keeps the defense competitive.

2. Jordan Davis

It'll be interesting to see where Jordan Davis lands after lighting it up in the NFL Combine. He's a monster looming in a cave waiting to be unleashed on opposing offenses. Davis would make for an amazing fit for the Ravens, as he'd be the run-stopping expert they need on the defensive line.

The Ravens need help on the defensive line, so why not take an athletic specimen 14th overall in the NFL Draft? It'll be interesting to see how Davis fits in the league, but if any team can get the most out of him, it's Baltimore. If Jordan Davis falls to the 14th pick, don't be shocked to see this franchise pull the trigger.

1. George Karlaftis

Another great option for the Ravens is George Karlaftis. He's a phenomenal pass rusher who fills a massive need for Baltimore. Karlaftis dominated in college during his time with the Purdue Boilermakers and he should maintain that at the professional level.

Considering the Ravens need a pass rusher to replace Calais Campbell and Derek Wolfe, drafting George Karlaftis makes the most sense. It'll be interesting to see how the NFL Draft plays out, but if Karlaftis is available, Baltimore should make the selection immediately.
