Marquise Brown was one of the most popular players in the 2019 NFL Draft and ended up being drafted by the Baltimore Ravens with the No. 25 overall pick. It was a move that Baltimore desperately needed to make. Lamar Jackson needed more playmakers surrounding him and “Hollywood” was the best playmaker in the draft.

Baltimore saw John Brown and Michael Crabtree leave town this offseason and needed a true No. 1 receiver. Brown, who is also the cousin of Oakland Raiders' superstar Antonio Brown, will be asked to step into that role immediately.

Last season at Oklahoma, Brown was the top target for Kyler Murray. He put together a huge season, racking up 75 receptions for 1,318 yards and 10 touchdowns. Those numbers made him rise up draft boards quickly and ultimately end up being the top wide receiver taken in the entire draft.

Now, the pressure to become a legitimate No. 1 receiver in his first season will hit him. Brown has faced pressure and tough challenges throughout his entire life and this one won't be any different for him. He will rise to the occasion and be exactly what the Ravens need him to be.

All of that being said, let's dive in and take a look at three bold predictions for Brown's rookie season with the Ravens.

Marquise Brown

3. Brown Will Finish Top-Three in the NFL in Receiving Yards

Let's start this off with a bang. Finishing top-three in the NFL in receiving yards would be a massive start to Brown's career and he is more than ready for the challenge. He is without question one of the most dynamic playmakers in the NFL already and that will translate to major success.

Brown will end up with around 1,400-1,500 receiving yards this season. Jackson will look his way early and often and they will connect on quite a few long strikes. It's going to be a very fun year for Baltimore fans.

2. He Will Catch at Least Four Touchdowns of 40+ Yards

Next up, Brown is going to be an elite deep threat and he can also make plays in the open field. Breaking off big plays is something Brown has done throughout his entire career and that will not change in the NFL.

When everything is said and done, Brown will catch at least four touchdowns of 40 or more yards. That number could actually increase, but four is still a bold amount. Brown is ready to take the leap into stardom in the NFL and this prediction certainly helps him do just that.

1. The Ravens' Rookie Will Win Offensive Rookie of the Year

Baltimore knew they would be getting a star when they drafted Brown, but they are also going to get the Offensive Rookie of the Year. With the numbers that he put up in the previous two predictions, winning the award is something that should come naturally. There are some very good offensive rookies out there, but Brown is going to be the best of them.

Jackson and Brown are going to form one of the most deadly duos in the NFL and will be just that for a long time. The Ravens needed to kill it in this draft and getting Brown accomplished that goal.
