The Cincinnati Bengals began the 2020 NFL Draft by taking Joe Burrow with the No. 1 pick, and now they've given him another weapon to throw to. To kick things off in the second round, the Bengals selected Tee Higgins with the No. 33 pick out of Clemson.

By adding Higgins, he joins a receiving corps that already features the likes of A.J. Green, Tyler Boyd, and John Ross. There's no doubt that Burrow is going to have plenty of options to get the ball to in the passing game next season.

For Higgins, he comes into an offense that lacked big plays in 2019, making him an immediate impact player for Cincinnati. With that in mind, here are three bold predictions for Higgins in his rookie season with the Bengals.

55 Receptions

While playing his college football at Clemson, Higgins was remarkable at creating vertically in the passing game. In his final two seasons alone, Higgins averaged 59 receptions, 1,051 yards, and 12 touchdowns.

After being the No. 1 option at Clemson, Higgins is going to share targets with Green, Boyd, and Ross. Also, it's important to note that Joe Mixon is also utilized in Cincinnati's passing attack.

Nevertheless, Higgins should still see a decent-sized role in Cincinnati's offense in 2020. With that being said, Higgins will notch 55 receptions in his rookie campaign with the Bengals.

1,000 Receiving Yards

As previously mentioned, Higgins was able to average 1,051 receiving yards in his final two seasons at Clemson. When Clemson needed a big play in the offense, they typically looked to Higgins down the field.

Even though he fell to the second round, Higgins definitely has the talent of a first-rounder. Throughout his collegiate career, Higgins averaged 18.1 yards per receptions, proving that he can make a game-changing play at any moment.

Provided that, even for the Bengals, Higgins should continue to make chunk plays through the air. Taking that into consideration, it wouldn't come as a surprise if Higgins surpasses 1,000 receiving yards in his first year in Cincinnati.

7 Touchdowns

Again, Higgins was the No. 1 wide receiver at Clemson in the past two seasons. Therefore, he was able to score a grand total of 25 touchdowns in that span, catching passes from Trevor Lawrence.

While he scored touchdowns with ease in college, it's hard to believe that Higgins can translate his touchdown numbers from college to the NFL in 2020. In addition, there are going to be fewer scoring opportunities due to sharing the field with other talented receivers.

Nevertheless, Higgins could have a chance to snag seven receiving touchdowns still. All in all, having 55 receptions, 1,000 yards, and seven touchdowns, could be considered a phenomenal rookie season for Higgins.
