Randall Cobb made a big change this offseason in free agency, moving on from the Green Bay Packers and signing with the Dallas Cowboys. He is leaving for one of Green Bay's most recent rivals and is expected to have a big role in Jason Garrett's offense.

The Cowboys have a star-studded offense around Cobb. Dak Prescott is a talented quarterback more than capable of leading the franchise, with both Ezekiel Elliott and Amari Cooper as stars surrounding him. Cobb will fit in nicely with that group of stars and brings a lot of winning experience, including a Super Bowl victory.

Last season with the Packers, Cobb had a very disappointing season. He struggled with injuries and was unable to make the kind of impact that the franchise had come to expect from him.

In the nine games that he was able to play, Cobb caught 38 passes for 383 yards and two touchdowns. He may not have had a big year, but he is still more than capable of turning things around. Perhaps a fresh start will be exactly what he needs to get back to playing like a star.

All of that being said, let's take a look at three early goals that Cobb should set for himself in 2019.

3. Play All 16 Games and Stay Healthy

In order for this fit to work, the Cowboys need their veteran receiver to stay healthy. Cobb has not played in all 16 games since the 2015 season and doing so in 2019 would be a huge step forward for him.

Dallas is hoping to make another run at winning the NFC East division title. The division got tougher around them, but the Cowboys feel that they got better as well. Cobb being healthy and playing in all 16 games would certainly be a major boost for their offense and would boost his confidence in a big way.

2. Catch at Least 70 Passes

Next up for Cobb, he needs to get his production back up to where it used to be. He used to be a player that opposing defenses had to game plan against. There is no doubt that he still has that ability, but it's time to show it.

Cobb needs to set his goal at 70 receptions for the 2019 season. More would be better, but at least 65 receptions would be exactly what the Dallas offense needs from their new weapon. He certainly has the talent and skill-set to produce that much for the Cowboys.

1. Rack Up 1,000 Yards and Eight Touchdowns

Finally, Cobb is going to put together the biggest year that he has had since the 2014 season in Green Bay. He should focus on getting back to the 1,000-yard mark through the air, while also catching eight touchdowns.

He may not receive enough targets to make this happen with Cooper as the No. 1 target. That being said, the Cowboys could very well throw enough to have two 1,000-yard receivers. If he can have this kind of impact, the Cowboys are going to be a very difficult offense to stop.
