The Philadelphia 76ers are entering a critical offseason for the future of their franchise. After making it to the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals and being knocked out by the Toronto Raptors, the 76ers have quite a few decisions to make.

Most of those decisions will be made in free agency. Philadelphia will have to figure out what they want to do with Jimmy Butler and Tobias Harris. Both players are without question capable of earning huge contracts with other teams, but the 76ers would love to retain both of them long-term.

Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons are still the faces of the franchise. Philadelphia can keep both Butler and Harris, but still need to add better pieces around them. That can be done in the 2019 NBA Draft, where the 76ers have a first-round selection and four second-round picks.

The first of those second-round picks will come at No. 33 overall. Philadelphia isn't going to get a star with this pick, but they have a chance to get a good role player that can provide quality depth.

All of that being said, let's dive in and take a look at the 76ers' three best options with the No. 33 selection in the NBA Draft.

Tacko Fall, NBA Draft

3. Get a Massive Big Man to Play Behind Embiid

Taking a player like Tacko Fall with this pick may be viewed as a reach, but the 76ers would be wise to consider him. They need a big man who can log minutes behind Embiid, who was forced to miss quite a bit of time due to injury and health issues. Philadelphia may not get a main impact player immediately with Fall, but he has big-time potential.

Fall stands in at 7-foot-6 and showed major improvement in the 2018-19 season at UCF. He needs to improve his offensive game, but his size makes him an intriguing fit for the 76ers.

2. Package Second-Round Picks to Move Up for a Shooter

Dylan Windler may not be a future NBA star, but he can fill a role that teams need. Shooting is a major need in the league and the 76ers could potentially package their early second-round selections to move up a few selections for a deadeye shooter.

Philadelphia traded a lethal young shooter in Landry Shamet to get Harris. Getting another young shooter should be a priority for the 76ers. Windler could be exactly the kind of guy that they are looking for.

Carsen Edwards, NBA Draft

1. Bring in Another Lethal Scoring Combo Guard

Finally, Carsen Edwards is projected to go early in the second round and would be an interesting fit for the 76ers. He has a lot of work to do in the consistency department, but the 76ers aren't going to be drafting players expecting them to become big-time stars right off the bat.

Edwards can shoot the three and create his own shots. He could improve as a playmaker, but has the potential to become a top-notch bench scorer at the NBA level. Taking him with the No. 33 overall pick would make perfect sense for the 76ers.
