The Las Vegas Raiders are hoping to provide a better showing in 2020 in front of a new home crowd. For the Raiders to produce the results they want, they'll need to put together a successful offseason.

Of course, Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock will be calling the shots on what the Raiders will do. With just a month until free agency kicks off, Las Vegas is going to start with $54.6 million in cap space, per Spotrac.

If last offseason showed us anything, it's that Gruden and Mayock aren't afraid to make moves. Besides free agency, the Raiders will also own two first-round picks in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Taking everything into consideration, this could be an eventful offseason for Las Vegas. With that in mind, here are the three moves that the Raiders must make during the offseason.

3. Re-Sign Daryl Worley

When watching the Raiders play in 2019, it was apparent that the secondary needs some work. However, Daryl Worley was one of the bright spots in the secondary as he flashed some potential in Las Vegas' defense.

The former third-round pick of the Carolina Panthers was able to notch 58 tackles, eight deflections, and an interception in 2019. Following the trade that sent Gareon Conley to the Houston Texans, Worley saw an increased role on the defense.

Even if the Raiders want to sign or draft someone at cornerback, they should consider re-signing Worley. There aren't going to be many options better than Worley in terms of the price tag he'll carry.

2. Sign Joe Schobert

Aside from the cornerback position, Las Vegas' biggest need is arguably at inside linebacker. Last offseason, the Raiders signed Vontaze Burfict in hopes that he could become a mainstay in the defense.

Just a few weeks into the season, Burfict made yet another dirty hit and was suspended for the final 12 weeks. In the final weeks of the regular season, Will Compton became the most reliable linebacker on the defense.

Given that, Joe Schobert would be a home run addition for the Raiders in free agency. Over the past three years, Schobert has combined for 380 tackles, eight sacks, seven forced fumbles, and six interceptions with the Cleveland Browns.

1. Draft Kristian Fulton

Along with bringing back Worley, the Raiders could bolster their secondary by researching some of the prospects in this year's draft. Last year, Las Vegas selected Trayvon Mullen in the second round of the NFL Draft.

Just a year later, the Raiders could find themselves drafting a cornerback from the college football National Champions again. This time around, Kristian Fulton would be a fantastic edition for Paul Guenther's defense.

Fulton has shown in the past couple of seasons that he thrives in man coverage and could become a cornerstone on the defensive side of the ball.
