Breaking news came out this morning that the Indiana Pacers are heading into a rebuild. This has led them to begin listening to trade offers for Caris LeVert, Domantas Sabonis, or Myles Tuner. Sabonis is a solidified All-Star that could elevate any team and be an integral part of the future.
It won't be easy for a team to pull off a trade for Sabonis, as he is a very talented player. The Pacers will not give him away for nothing, which means interested teams will have to give up a ton.

Domantas Sabonis Trade Destinations
The Wizards have surprisingly been one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference this season. Their revamped roster has led them to a 14-11 start, which places them fifth on the ladder. Adding an All-Star big man could make them a threat in the NBA Playoffs, which is why they should pursue a Sabonis trade.
The Wizards have talented young players as well as draft capital that they could throw in a deal for Sabonis. He would pair well with Bradley Beal and the role players and formulate a formidable team. On the season, Sabonis is averaging 17.8 points and 12.0 rebounds per game.
This deal could go a long way in getting Beal a great star alongside him and help the Wizards continue retooling.
The Hornets have been another team on the fringe of becoming a contender in the Eastern Conference. They are 14-12 on the season, placing them eighth in the race. They are another team that has young players and draft picks to make a deal for the All-Star center.
LaMelo Ball and the young core are growing, and the Hornets will likely be a contending team in the next few years. But a deal for Sabonis could expedite the process and make them an instant threat.
At the moment, the center position is the weakness for the Hornets. A trade for Sabonis would allow them to run a small-ball unit with him at the pivot. The starting lineup of Ball, Terry Rozier, Gordon Hayward, and Miles Bridges would fit well with Sabonis. This would create a lineup that is a nightmare for opposing teams to defend due to the scoring ability at every position.
The Hornets would have to give up multiple assets to acquire Sabonis, but the trade would be well worth it.
The Spurs are in a rebuilding phase, but Sabonis could be a big building block for the roster. Dejounte Murray is obviously their best player, and pairing him with another rising star could help them create a star duo for the future. Murray is having a career year, averaging 19.0 points per game paired with 8.5 rebounds and 8.5 assists.
The Spurs have enough young talent and draft assets to pull of a deal for Sabonis and create a good core. Sabonis would be a great fit in Gregg Popovich's system and could help the Spurs make a push to the NBA Playoffs. It is a tight race in the Western Conference, with the Spurs at 8-14 for 12th place. The franchise has no real direction at the moment, but adding talented players for the future is never a bad idea.
