The Green Bay Packers are heading into Week 13 fresh off of an embarrassing loss to the San Francisco 49ers on the road. It was a game that showed quite a few weaknesses that the Packers must address moving forward. When everything was said and done, the final score was 37-8.

Thankfully, the Packers are going into a two-week stretch against two of the worst teams in football. First up, the New York Giants will host the Packers this Sunday and then Green Bay will take on the Washington Redskins. Both of those games should end up being wins for the Packers, which would put them at 10-3 on the year.

Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the team will be looking to make a major statement this week. Losing to the 49ers in a primetime matchup by that kind of ugly score won't sit well with them. They will try to take out all of their embarrassment and frustration on a poor Giants' roster.

It will be interesting to see how the Packers look this week. They have had issues showing up at times on the road this season, which cannot be the case against a New York football team desperate for a win.

All of that being said, let's dive in and take a look at four reasons why the Packers will take the win this week.

4. The Packers Are Going To Be Playing Angry

First up, the Packers are going to be coming into this game angry after their blowout loss to the 49ers. As previously mentioned, they have been one of the top teams in the NFL this season and that loss will put an extremely bad taste in their mouth. New York is facing the Packers at the wrong time.

Green Bay will come out looking to step on the Giants' throat early. Rodgers and the offense will be playing with much more intensity and the defense will look to redeem themselves. The Giants won't be able to overcome the anger the Packers have in them.

3. Daniel Jones Is Extremely Turnover Prone

Another extremely obvious reason for the Packers winning this week has been how turnover prone Jones has been this season. Whether it has been interceptions of lost fumbles, teams have found ways to get the football from Jones.

Green Bay's defense is coming off of an abysmal performance against the 49ers. They will be aggressive and will put a ton of pressure on Jones. That pressure will turn into at least two or three turnovers.

2. Aaron Jones Will Be Much More Involved

Following the loss to the 49ers, Matt LaFleur made it clear that he needs to get Aaron Jones more involved in the game. Jones finished with just 13 carries for 38 yards and no catches. That must change and it will this week.

The Packers are going to focus on establishing Jones early in this game. They have been at their best when he is picking up 75+ yards on the ground and making plays as a receiver. Rodgers and LaFleur are going to make sure that he makes a big impact this week and the offense is going to be hard to stop.

1. Aaron Rodgers Isn't Going To Have Back-To-Back Bad Performances

Finally, the list of reasons wouldn't be complete without Aaron Rodgers being thrown into the mix. While he didn't throw an interception against the 49ers, he did lose a fumble. He was also sacked fives times, which isn't going to get the job done for the Green Bay offense.

New York doesn't have nearly as strong of a defense and the Packers are going to take advantage of that. Rodgers is going to come through with a big-time performance. It would be reasonable to expect around 300 passing yards and two or three touchdowns from him this week.
