The San Francisco 49ers scored a 23-20 victory over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, and it presented itself as a great opportunity for Niners wide receiver Deebo Samuel to go full savage on Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald. There is some history between these two, and Sunday was a bit of a rekindling of flames for the pair.

Needless to say, Samuel enjoyed Sunday's victory, and he absolutely jumped on the opportunity to rub some salt into Donald's wounds.
Earlier in the season, Donald made some comments implying that he had not even heard of Samuel prior to the Week 6 matchup between the 49ers and the Rams. It resulted in a San Francisco win, and Sunday made it 2-out-of-2 against the Rams on the season.
Donald actually wasn't bad for Los Angeles on Sunday, recording one sack and four quarterback hits on the evening. For his part, however, Samuel caught 11-of-13 targets for a 134-yard gain. He proved to be one of San Francisco's best players on the field, as he helped the 49ers to improve to a 5-6 record on the season. This was San Francisco's first win in four contests.
Samuel and the Niners will be back in action on Monday when they take on the Buffalo Bills. It will be interesting to see if Samuel will be able to carry this type of momentum for Week 13.
