San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle and Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner are rivals as part of the always competitive NFC West division. However, these two standouts on the football field recently took some time away from the field to have a hilarious back and forth and exchange on Twitter.

Even with the two players joking with one another, both Kittle and Wagner also managed to pay each other some respect in the process.

With Wagner serving as one of the best linebackers in the league for the last several seasons, Kittle is on the rise himself as the 49ers' tight end is now also one of the best in the NFL at his position. As Kittle and the 49ers will look to defend the team's NFC West title and NFC Championship from a season ago as the 2020 campaign officially gets underway, Wagner and company will be looking to dethrone San Francisco as Seattle previously served as the kings of the division for the better part of the last decade.

If Wagner's Seahawks and Kittle's 49ers are going to compete against one another in the NFC West this season, though, the NFL will need to come up with a plan to resume play in a safe and respectable manner as the “coronavirus” pandemic continues to surge throughout the United States. As a result of the evolving situation, the NFL and league's Players Association are continuing to work hand-in-hand as this year's installment of training camp is now just around the corner.
