San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle is getting in on the fun the internet is having over what the Green Bay Packers’ duo of quarterback Aaron Rodgers and wide receiver Davante Adams had recently shared on social media.

See, Rodgers and Adams both posted the same image of Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen on their respective Instagram accounts. Of course, the internet tried to decode whatever there was to be decoded and thought that it could probably mean that Rodgers and Adams will give the Packers one more year of their services before moving on.

The 49ers’ star then cracked his fingers and went on Google search to find an image of Dennis Rodman and New York Knicks legend Patrick Ewing together and storied it on Instagram without any caption, leaving social media again to come up with their own interpretations.

Rodgers’ rancor towards the Packers’ front office has been one of the most popular narratives of the NFL offseason. In fact, Rodgers reportedly declined an extension offer from Green Bay, a move that suggests that there’s more to the signal-caller’s issue with the team than just financial matters. Adams, on the other hand, will be a free agent at the end of the 2021 NFL season.

Whatever happens with Rodgers and the Packers over the summer, the 49ers will be ready for them when Week 3 comes along. The Niners will be hosting Green Bay that week.
