It hasn't been an ideal season for the San Francisco 49ers when it comes to injuries, and things won't get any easier in Week 13 against the Seattle Seahawks.

San Francisco will be without two of its top wide receivers on Sunday, as both Marquise Goodwin and Pierre Garcon aren't expected to play, according to Matt Barrows of The Athletic.

Goodwin missed the Week 12 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers due to leaving the team for a family matter, though no specifics have been available at this point.

He has 17 receptions for 339 yards and four touchdowns in eight games this season for the Niners.

Meanwhile, Garcon has been dealing with a nagging knee injury for most of the season, so him being sidelined once again doesn't come as a huge surprise.

Like Goodwin, Garcon has also been available for eight games this year, posting 24 receptions for 286 yards and one touchdown.

These developments will yet again limit the San Francisco passing tree, which will likely give even more looks to tight end George Kittle.

The second-year tight end out of Iowa leads the Niners in receiving with 823 yards on the season, with Goodwin and Garcon ranking as the next top yardage receivers.

Kyle Shanahan's squad obviously won't be playing for a playoff spot down the stretch, but they'd undoubtedly like to build some momentum going into the offseason in hopes of getting everyone healthy for a strong 2019 campaign.

Following the trip to Seattle, the Niners will return home for three in a row before ending the regular season in Los Angeles against the Rams.
