However, Schefter reports there are questions about how much they will be able to play, and the 49ers are hoping there aren't any setbacks.
Samuel is dealing with a calf injury, while Mitchell has a rib injury. They both missed a practice during the week and were then limited in the days leading up to the weekend. Samuel and Mitchell are key weapons in Kyle Shanahan's offense, so it would be a blow if they can't play much in this game.

San Francisco is getting George Kittle back for this game, though, which is huge for Jimmy Garoppolo. The Cardinals are also dealing with their own major injury issues, with signs pointing toward superstars Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins not suiting up.
