The New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers have had no problems getting on the scoreboard in Week 14. Jimmy Garoppolo and Emmanuel Sanders punched back after Drew Brees and Jared Cook threw the first haymaker of the day.

The Saints managed to score a touchdown on their third consecutive drive to extend their lead. It took the 49ers just one play to respond after Garoppolo hit Sanders for a 75-yard touchdown, via NFL Twitter:

It is no secret that San Francisco's success in the 2019 NFL season has largely been attributed to their formidable defense, however, it seems the onus will fall on the offense to make sure they can keep up. There is certainly good reason to be optimistic considering how quickly they were able to put some more points on the board.

Meanwhile, Sanders continues to show why he was well worth the second-round pick they traded away for him. Garroppolo will need his No. 1 wideout to make a few more big plays if they hope to match the Saints on the scoreboard.
