The Green Bay Packers got on the board with a Davante Adams sweep play. The San Francisco 49ers quickly answered back with their own playmakers in Jimmy Garoppolo and George Kittle.

Garoppolo found a wide-open Kittle in the middle of the field for a 61-yard touchdown. Watch below, Kittle is making his mark in his return to action.

Kittle missed the last two games with knee and ankle injuries, with it now known that he suffered a break in his ankle. His 61-yard highlight in his return to action is a reaffirmation that he is, indeed, a difference maker and the top-option in the 49ers offense.

With the reception, Kittle has six receptions for 129 yards and a touchdown, all team-leading numbers. While he's also making a difference as a pass-catcher, he is also making an impact as a run-blocker for the 49ers, as he always does.
