While Jimmy Garoppolo is known for throwing a football for the San Francisco 49ers, he proved he is a man of many talents on Saturday. After running a wide-receiver reverse, Garoppolo pancake blocked Anthony Barr against the Minnesota Vikings.

The play began with Garoppolo handing the ball to Kyle Jusczyck. The team's fullback proceeded to toss the ball to Samuel as the rookie wide receiver came around the edge.

As Samuel was heading up the field, Garoppolo was one of the players in front of him. Typically when a quarterback is thrust into this situation, they tend to fall to the ground or give a lackadaisical effort.

However, Garoppolo ran toward Barr and extended his arms into his body. The Vikings' Pro-Bowl linebacker fell to the ground and San Francisco's signal-caller should be credited with a pancake block. Garoppolo may fool people into thinking he's a pushover with his radiant smile, but he proved he's tougher than he looks.
