The Phoenix Suns won Game 1 of the Western Conference finals over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Suns superstar Devin Booker led the team to victory with an incredible performance. Booker got his first career triple double and finished with 40 points along with 13 rebounds and 11 assists. The Clippers will need to adjust as they don't want to fall down 2-0.

Game 1 was a back and forth contest but the Suns pulled ahead in the end by a score of 120-114. This Game 2 matchup is important for both teams and should be another close game.

Here are five Clippers-Suns predictions for Game 2 of the Western Conference finals.

Suns vs. Clippers predictions:

5. Mikal Bridges gets 15 points

Mikal Bridges is one of best wing defenders in the league along with good 3 point shooting. Bridges had 14 points in game along with a steal and 2 blocks. While this was a solid game from Bridges he has the ability to pick it up even more in Game 2.

Look for Bridges to knock down multiple 30point shots on the way to 15 or more points.

4. Reggie Jackson scores more than 20 points

Clippers point guard Reggie Jackson has had many great games in the playoffs including Game 1. With Kawhi Leonard out the Clippers have relied on players like Jackson to pick it up. Jackson had 24 points with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. He has elevated his offensive production in the playoffs and helped the Clippers make it to the Conference Finals.

Jackson will need to have another game of scoring 20 plus points to help the Clippers tie up the series at 1.

3. Deandre Ayton gets a double double

Deandre Ayton had a great Game 1 for the Suns as he went for 20 points and 9 rebounds. Ayton may not be a star but he has been a great big man for the team. The Clippers love to run a small ball lineup which allows Ayton to feast in the paint.

He should have another great performance in Game 2 and improve in the rebound department to get a double double.

While Paul George has been scrutinized for having playoff struggles he has stepped up his game. George had 34 points in Game 1 on 46.7 percent from the 3 point line. He has proved the haters wrong throughout the playoffs and will need to continue next game.

George is a 3 level scorer which allows him to create separation wherever he wants to score on the court. Although the Clippers are undermanned with Kawhi out George has the talent to lead them to victory.

1. Devin Booker drops 40 points

Devin Booker has emerged onto the scene as a superstar in these playoffs and showed that again last game. His midrange game was unstoppable as he hit shot after shot. The Clippers had no solution to Booker coming off of the high pick and roll and he took advantage.

Booker will look to have another dominant game by dropping 40 points again. With Booker playing well the Suns have a great chance of winning Game 2 even if Chris Paul is out again.

This series between the Clippers and Suns is bound to be a good one. The matchup between Booker and George will be key especially in Game 2. Those two players set the tone of the entire game and it could be the determining factor of the game. Look for Game 2 to come down to the wire again.
