The Indiana Pacers are looking to rebuild their franchise, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania and Bob Kravitz. They are possibly looking to move Caris LeVert and either Domantas Sabonis or Myles Turner. All three of these guys could get back a hefty return and could help some teams find their missing piece, or an extra piece, to win an NBA title.

Myles Turner is known to be one of the best rim protectors in all the NBA, which some teams desperately need. Teams in the Eastern Conference are going to be heavily interested in Turner because they're going to have to deal with Giannis Antetokounmpo, who can get to the rim at will. There's a good chance that Giannis will still be able to do his normal thing against a guy like Turner in the playoffs, but he will make it much more difficult than most other centers can. Not only can he defend the rim at a high level, but he can stretch the floor and help an offense.

Turner is somebody who can come in and make an immediate impact on every team in the NBA, so let's take a look at five teams that should think about pursuing the big man.

Five Teams That Must Trade For Myles Turner

5. Charlotte Hornets

The Hornets desperately need a big man, and there would be no better option than somebody like Myles Turner. Charlotte has a bright future, so adding a 25-year-old into the mix with some of their other young stars would be something that the organization should take a look at.

They are a team that can get to the basket at will, so adding someone who can hit open shots that he is bound to get is critical for the Hornets. Plus, that rim protection would really come in handy, as evidenced by what Joel Embiid just did to them.

4. Milwaukee Bucks

Myles Turner to the Milwaukee Bucks would be an interesting situation. He's essentially Brook Lopez but about eight years younger. He has been the anchor of this Milwaukee team on the defensive side of the things and we see that currently, as the Bucks have had struggles at times defending the rim because they don't have their big man.

Lopez is currently out indefinitely after back surgery, so it could be in the team's best interest to go out and get Myles Turner. That would make Milwaukee's defense absolutely nasty.

3. Brooklyn Nets

The Brooklyn Nets would be a perfect place for Myles Turner to play because they need somebody who can slow down Giannis in the playoffs. Nobody in the world can stop him, just like nobody in the world can stop somebody like Kevin Durant, but they can make it more difficult on the Bucks star.

Turner would offer elite rim protection for a much-needed Brooklyn defense. Not only can he help defend Giannis, but he would also be able to fit right into their offense as he can shoot the 3-ball at a high rate for a center.

Brooklyn doesn't have many assets to trade after the James Harden deal. But for a team that is a title contender, the Nets should do everything to win now, so Turner would make sense for this team.

2. Chicago Bulls

Myles Turner wouldn't exactly be somebody who the Bulls definitely need. The Bulls need somebody who is long and can defend a shooter and try to slow down some other guys.

If they decided to bring in Turner, though, they could go big and run him and Nikola Vucevic at the 4 and 5 positions. Chicago has shown so far this season that it is going to make a deep run in the Eastern Conference Playoffs. This means that they are most likely going to have to go up against Giannis and the Bucks, so adding Turner could be in their best interest because of the size that he and Vucevic offer. With that size, they could decide to build a wall.

If Milwaukee doesn't hit open shots, Chicago could pull off the upset.

1. Golden State Warriors

Myles Turner to Golden State would be a match made in heaven. The Warriors could use somebody who can defend the rim, even when James Wiseman returns. There is a good chance that if the Warriors decided to pick up Turner, they would have to include Wiseman into the package. This isn't necessarily something the Dubs might want to do, but since they are in a win-now situation, it would make a lot of sense.

He can come in and help Draymond Green anchor the defense and help the Warriors win another NBA title. At the moment, they already look like the favorite to win, but with the addition of Turner, they would be nearly unbeatable.
