The Philadelphia 76ers may have an influx of big men in their lineup but they have not been able to place them on the active list at the same time yet. Jahlil Okafor, Joel Embiid and Nerlens Noel have all missed significant time due to injury and have prevented the Sixers from playing them together and finding out which combinations work best.

After getting drafted two years ago, Embiid is only playing for the first time this season, while Okafor is being eased back into the lineup, only a week from getting cleared to play once again. The 76ers recently announced that given the situation of their bigs, their plan is to have them activated alternately to preserve their health.

Should the team become successful in keeping them both healthy, plus the return of Noel in a few more weeks, the Sixers will have one of the better frontcourts in the NBA. If they win enough games to at least compete for a playoff spot, it'll mean they made use of all of them and come up with a rotation that will give opposing coaches a lot of mismatch problems.

Embiid has been impressive so far this season with averages of 17.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game. If Okafor plays close to how he did in 53 games last year, the Philly faithful will have a lot to be excited about – not just this season, but for years to come.
