Philadelphia 76ers rookie Markelle Fultz had a chill-session with fellow rook Dennis Smith Jr. and admitted to one of his toughest matchups while he got into some vintage video games.

The Washington standout cited Los Angeles Lakers' No. 2 overall selection Lonzo Ball as his toughest competition during his lone year with the Huskies.

“In college? Lonzo Ball,” Fultz said during a talk-show on Twitch.

Fultz was a talent to marvel at this past season, but he was a star in a roster with not much talent around him, finishing the season with 13 straight losses, and bringin the Huskies from a 9-9 win-loss record to 9-22 — 11th in the Pac-12 conference.

The top pick of the draft suffered perhaps his worst collegiate loss at the hands of Ball's Bruins — a 41-point loss that forced the freshman into five turnovers and even getting one of his three-pointers blocked by the Chino Hills native.

Both rookies likely won't meet more than once or twice during the season, after being drafted to opposing conferences — but that isn't keeping the Sixers' new addition from wanting to add to his gear.

“I'm trynna get some Big Baller Brand T-shirts,” added Fultz. “Gotta hit him up before we leave.”

Fultz has a contract with Nike, signed shortly-after the NBA Draft. He previously showed interest of signing with the homemade brand, but was scooped up by the apparel giant days after rumors appeared.
