The Alabama Crimson Tide lost to the Georgia Bulldogs in the College Football Playoff National Championship game on Monday. The Alabama offense struggled to do anything noteworthy against the Bulldogs' skilled defense, though it was the Crimson Tide defense that also slipped up at times during the loss. Crimson Tide defensive back Khyree Jackson came under fire by fans for his performance against Georgia. Jackson took to Twitter to respond to fans who criticized him.

Alabama defensive back Khyree Jackson fired back at fans who roasted him on social media for his costly mistakes during the National Championship game loss to Georgia.

Jackson was flagged for pass interference, then surrendered a huge, 40-yard touchdown to Georgia's Adonai Mitchell on the Bulldogs' go-ahead drive. Needless to say, it wasn't the best day at the office for the Crimson Tide cornerback.

However, Jackson, who was thrust into the action due to injuries in the Alabama defensive backfield, wants fans to know that he isn't defined by two plays.

Khyree Jackson has a point, though what he's saying isn't likely to free him of the roasting he experienced at the hands of angry Alabama fans, who may take a while to get over just how involved Jakson was in the loss to the Bulldogs.
