Andrew Yang can't seem to make up his mind about who his NBA fandom rests with. At one moment it's the New York Knicks, the next it's the Brooklyn Nets. That isn't exactly jumping ship from on random team to another. If he were a Memphis Grizzlies fan turned Orlando Magic fan, so be it. Who cares. Going from the Knicks to the Nets and waffling yet again is cringeworthy. Most recently, Andrew Yang appears to be sitting right on the fence with his decision.

This started back in 2019 when Yang, who was said to be a lifelong Knicks fan, opted out of continuing to root for New York's premier franchise and instead voiced his support in becoming a Brooklyn Nets fan. This of course came on the heels of the Nets having signed Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving in the previous offseason.

With the Knicks surprising everyone this year with a record currently at 34-27, the tune changed for Andrew Yang as he appeared to be switching back to being a supporter of the Knicks.

The article posted by The Ringer, praised the season the Knicks are having under first year coach Tom Thibodeau. Yang's quote tweet appeared to back that sentiment and had fans wondering if he was flipping back and forth yet again. It was quite a changeup to his tweet from a couple years prior.

Knicks fans have reacted how you may expect they would, just go read the responses to Andrew Yang's most recent tweet citing the Nets or the Knicks posted at the top of the article.

One thing is for certain, regardless of who Andrew Yang cheers for, the NBA is far better when the Knicks are in contention in the playoff hunt.
