Los Angeles Angels center fielder Mike Trout joined forces with Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck for a hilarious ad for BodyArmor, the official sports drink of the NCAA. The ad is slated to air on Thursday on CBS when No. 4 seed Florida State takes on top-seeded Gonzaga in the Sweet 16 for the West region.

In this spot Trout and Luck are seen having a disco battle in some pretty colorful outfits, only to pose the question: “Andrew Luck and Mike Trout wouldn't get into an outdated disco battle, so why would they choose an outdated sports drink?”, before ending with the punchy slogan “Thanks Gatorade, we'll take it from here.”

Only last week, NBA stars James Harden and Donovan Mitchell teamed up for an equally fun-loving commercial that aired in the first round of play.

Several of these BodyArmor ads were created by Kobe Bryant, who is one of the biggest stockholders in the company, which has rivaled Gatorade by communicating the need to evolve all aspects of an athlete's game in order to compete, including their choice of sports drink. Boasting natural flavors and sweeteners, potassium-packed electrolytes, coconut water, vitamins and no colors from artificial sources, BodyArmor provides superior hydration for today’s athletes.

Trout, Luck, Harden, and Mitchell are only some of the athletes that have bought into BodyArmor, as Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo, Phoenix Mercury legend Diana Taurasi, and Seattle Reign and USWNT forward Megan Rapinoe are among some of the most recognizable athletes to support the brand.
