Free agent sharpshooting guard Anthony Morrow doesn't have a home yet.

Morrow finished last season with the Chicago Bulls after signing with the Oklahoma City Thunder back before the 2014-15 season. He was part of the trade last year mid-season when the Thunder acquired Taj Gibson and Doug McDermott from the Bulls.

Morrow had one of the worst shooting seasons of his career last year, hitting on just 29.4 percent of 3-pointers while with the Thunder. It led to him losing any chance of a consistent spot in the Thunder rotation, ultimately making him expendable.

Morrow recently spoke out about how he is handling being a free agent:

There was always concern why Morrow couldn't find consistent minutes with the Thunder. Defense was his weakness and so much so that his elite 3-point shooting wasn't enough for more playing time.

Morrow could still theoretically help out another team. He's only 31 so has plenty of years left in him and the poor shooting last season may be more of an anomaly than the start of a downward trend.

Some team will surely be able to scoop Morrow up on a minimum deal, possibly allowing him to hop on a contender unless a team with cap space would like to make a run at him for a higher price. Morrow fits the bill of a player willing to take less to play for a winner, similar to what went into his decision-making when joining the Thunder.
