Back in 2019, Riot Games announced Arcane to commemorate League of Legends' 10th-anniversary celebration. After two years of wait, League fans can finally grasp when the release date will be for the long-awaited animated adaptation of League of Legends.

League of Legends Arcane Release Date: November 6, 2021

Arcane‘s Netflix release date is on November 6, 2021. The League of Legends series will premiere in just a few days, perfect for your weekend viewing.

Originally slated for 2020, the animated series delayed its release because of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Leading up to the series' release, Riot's media and publicity team definitely set to work. We got a LoL Fortnite skin, for example, and another crossover between League and PUBG Mobile. Later this month, an in-person immersive Arcane experience will also be hosted in Los Angeles.

Arcane will be exploring the origins of Jinx and Vi. Set in Piltover and Zaun, other champions from the game will also make an appearance in the series as supporting characters. From the original trailer released back in 2019, we've also seen characters such as Caitlyn and Warwick.

Fans have always praised Riot Games' animated shorts for their fluidity and stunning visuals and they will hope to see much of the same vibrant details when Arcane comes out.

Riot has hundreds of champions to feature should Arcane attempt to extend to more seasons. The publishers can choose from endless possibilities and build exciting new twists to existing League lore. Releasing just a single season in the face of so much demand from fans won't make sense. If the show ends up being a massive global hit, fans can probably expect to see more chapters in the future.
