Every dog has its day. At least it seems to be that way for a kid who now has a story to tell after beating Boston CelticsAvery Bradley in a casual game of knockout.

Bradley and former first-round pick Cedric Maxwell were part of the inauguration of a neighborhood basketball court built by the Celtics in conjunction with Arbella Insurance Group.

The 6-foot-2 shooting guard suffered an strained right hamstring injury late last season in Game 1 of their first-round matchup against the Atlanta Hawks.

Despite this off-season hiccup, Bradley's 15-point-per-game outings and on-ball defense will be much needed for a Celtics team hoping to get past the first round.
