Barcelona has undergone grand changes both on and off the pitch over the managerial reign of Xavi Hernandez, which has caught the attention of former Barca midfielder Ronaldinho.

In speaking to ESPN Deportes’ “Ahora o Nunca” program, Ronaldinho offered a stamp of approval to his former Barca teammate.

“Well I think he has everything to do well,” Ronaldinho said. “It is not easy. Club that is going through a lot of changes. I know him well and I think he's going to do very well.”

As Ronaldinho touched on, Barca has had plenty of changes as of late, which include the multiple notable roster additions made by club president Joan Laporta over the recent winter transfer window. More so, Barca has continued to churn out promising results in all competitions, including its 4-0 away win against Real Madrid in La Liga play.

The job sure is not yet finished for Xavi this season. Barca still is not close to officially clinching a spot in the top-four of the La Liga standings, and it will also meet Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Europa League quarterfinals next month.

Barcelona will return to action after the ongoing international break with a home league encounter against Sevilla.
