Chicago Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky has a dislocated left shoulder and a slight labrum tear, but that won't keep him out for long.

According to Brad Biggs of The Chicago Tribune, the Bears are optimistic that Trubisky will return for the team's Week 7 matchup against the New Orleans Saints.

That would mean Trubisky would only miss one game, as Chicago will take on the Oakland Raiders in London this Sunday before getting a break with their Week 6 bye.

“We have the bye coming up here so we’ll be able to see really how this goes for him,” said Bears head coach Matt Nagy. “It’s crazy sometimes how things go with these byes and where they come and all that. We’re in a good position right now knowing that Chase [Daniel] came in last week and we’ve been in this before so we’re fully confident in that.”

Trubisky suffered the injury during the first quarter of the Bears' win over the Minnesota Vikings this past weekend after throwing just three passes. He was relieved by the aforementioned Daniel, who completed 23 of his 30 throws for 195 yards and a touchdown.

Through the first four weeks of the season, Trubisky has thrown for 588 yards, three touchdowns and a couple of interceptions while completing 65.1 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 81.

The 25-year-old has faced some harsh criticism for his lackluster performance thus far this year, but thanks to a stingy defense, Chicago has been able to get off to a 3-1 start, reeling off three straight wins after falling to the Green Bay Packers in the season opener.
